A visit with Santa and a ride on the Pink Pig

Laurelai recently went to visit the big man himself. She wasn't scared a bit and went right up to sit on his knee. This year she asked Santa for a Barbie computer, a Barbie movie and Shoots and Ladders. After she had a conversation with Santa and told him bye, Laurelai and my mom rode the Pink Pig together. They had so much fun!!!! Once the exciting ride was over, we went for a yummy lunch at Maggiano's. What a perfect way to spend an afternoon.

Yes my little girl has decided that it is more fun to act goofy in front of a camera than it is to try and smile pretty. Getting natural shots of her here lately has become quite a challenge.

Our Disney Vacation

Laurelai's grandparents gave our family a wonderful gift this year for Christmas....a Disney vacation. We had so much fun getting away as a family. It was so nice to be able to spend several days away from work, phones, computers, and the day to day demands. We laughed, played and had fun as a family. Laurelai LOVED meeting all the princesses and Buzz and Woody. She had so much fun riding on the rides and playing in the play areas. She was thrilled that she got to spend some time with her cousin Eleanor. The two girls laughed and giggled the whole week. It was a very fun week and something that we will remember always.
