Fall at the Beach

It is fall and we are at the beach!!!! It turns out that fall is a perfect time of year to go. It is not too hot, the humidity is low and today we practically had the whole beach to ourselves. Laurelai is having such a great time. I am sure I will have more pictures to post as the week goes on.

The Pumpkin Patch

On Monday we had the opportunity to head up to Burt's Pumpkin Farm in the North Georgia Mountains. This has become a family tradition that we always look forward to. The weather was perfect and the pumpkins were plentiful. What a fun day!!!!

Hoppy spends a weekend with the family

Laurelai's preschool class has a class "pet" this year...... Hoppy the Frog. The lucky little frog gets to go home with each student to spend a fun-filled weekend. We enjoyed our visit with Hoppy as I am sure the pictures illustrate. He went with us to the North Georgia Mountains for our annual trip to Burt's Pumpkin farm. He spent time with us at the Mountain Lodge and even had time for a bike ride and a good book. Laurelai sure was sad to take him back to class on Tuesday.
