Snow in Georgia
Laurelai was so excited when she looked out the window and saw snow falling from the sky. She couldn't wait to put on her hat, gloves, coat and hit the backyard for some snowball fights and snowman building. She ran around, laughed and giggled and played until she was worn out. One day a year for snow isn't so bad I guess.
Happy Valentine's Day!!
Laurelai started talking about making her own Valentine's cards back in November. She wanted to make them herself and she wanted to make one for just about everyone she knew. Every week she'd remind me of something I needed to buy so she could make her cards. "Mommy, we need to be sure to get red construction paper." "Do we have enough glue to make my cards mommy?" "Can we buy stickers to decorate my cards with mommy?" She was so excited when mawma came over with a bag of supplies to help her make her beautiful and very original cards. I have to say I have one creative girl!!!!
